OCT
Correlation Mapping Optical Coherence Tomography (cmOCT)
The TOMI group has an interest in using Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) system for Structural and Microcirculation Imaging. To facilitate microcirculation imaging using OCT, we have developed an algorithm called Correlation Mapping Optical Coherence Tomography. The technique is achieved as a processing step on OCT intensity images and does not require any modification to OCT hardware. We use this method for a wide range of applications from dermatology to intracoronary applications. The algorithm has been implemented in Java and we have made the code open source. It is hosted on GitHub here, feedback and input are always welcome!
